At Solmara, we aim to process and deliver every order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or other periods of high order volume.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $59 USD.
For orders below $59 USD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Shipping Time
United States:
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.
International:
Estimated delivery time: 6–13 business days, depending on the destination.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping times may vary due to holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@shopsolmara.com with your order number and tracking information. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Solmara does not control or collect these charges.
